4 or fewer working days before commencement
If you cancel 4 or fewer working days before commencement, course fees are returned but the registration fee is retained by the school.
7 working days to process
Approved refunds are released within 7 working days from the date the request is received. Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding Philippine public holidays.
Cash refund surcharge
Cash refunds incur a 20% processing surcharge. Credit refunds — applied back to your family account — do not carry this surcharge.

- "Working days" means Monday through Friday, excluding Philippine public holidays. Weekends and official holidays do not count toward the 5-day or 4-day cutoff windows.
- "Commencement" means the official start date of classes for your child's program or division. The commencement date may differ between Basic Education and College.
- If no payment was made, there is no refund to process.
- Refund requests are subject to administrative review. All approvals follow the RHMC finance approval process.
