Fee Structure Overview

The fee categories families should expect

These are the fee categories every family should know about. We share exact amounts during inquiry and admissions so the numbers match your child's program.

Tuition

Tuition is calculated per student and program during the admissions process rather than posted as a flat public rate.

Registration

The registration fee secures your child's spot in the enrollment process.

Miscellaneous Fees

Expect some standard school charges on top of tuition. These are outlined when your child's fees are prepared.

Laboratory Fees

Some programs include lab fees, depending on the courses your child is enrolled in.

TESDA Program Fees

TESDA-aligned programs may have their own fee structure, which we'll cover during admissions.

Payment schemes

RHMC supports four approved payment paths

Annual

One payment for the full school year — ideal for families who prefer to handle it all at once.

Semi-Annual

Two payments across the school year — a middle ground between paying in full and going monthly.

Quarterly

Four payments across the school year — one per grading period, paced with the academic calendar.

Monthly

Spread the cost into smaller monthly payments throughout the school year.

Important reminders

What families should know before assessment

The registration fee is non-refundable, except where the refund rules below say otherwise.

Annual, semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly plans are the standard options families can ask about during assessment.

Exact totals are shared during inquiry and admissions so the payment plan matches your child's actual program.

Scholarships & Financial Aid

Scholarships are considered with your child in mind

Scholarships apply to tuition only. Eligibility is reviewed during admissions.

Academic Honors

Recognizes consistent academic performance. Eligible learners are reviewed against RHMC's honor criteria during enrollment.

Sibling Discount

Families enrolling more than one child receive a progressive sibling discount on tuition — 5% for the second child, 7% for the third, and 10% for the fourth and beyond.

Employee Benefit

RHMC staff and faculty children qualify for tuition assistance under the employee scholarship. Eligibility is verified through HR records.

Varsity & Cultural

Exceptional athletes and cultural performers may qualify for a talent-based scholarship. Applications go through the scholarship committee.

Scholarship of Need

Families with demonstrated financial need may apply. Cases are reviewed individually by the admissions and finance teams.

Note: All scholarship and discount applications require admissions review. Scholarship approvals follow a committee review process for certain categories. Scholarship adjustments apply to tuition charges only and do not roll the account balance below zero.
